Designation: The 6x19S+FC construction describes a wire rope with 6 strands of 19 wires each in a compact design (“S” = seal construction) and a fiber core (FC = Fibre Core).

Properties: If you need a particularly flexible and elastic rope, we can recommend the 6x19S+FC construction. In this special strand construction, thicker outer wires are arranged on a layer of thinner inner wires, which ensures a smooth surface, good load distribution and increased abrasion resistance.

Application: Ideal for applications with high bending loads where reliability and durability are required. The design is also suitable for cable guides with narrow deflections, cable hoists, lifting technology or mechanically moving systems in industry.

Material: Available in stainless steel for use in damp or aggressive environments, e.g. in agriculture. Alternatively, we can also offer the wire rope in galvanized.

Versions at Hamburger Drahtseilerei: We supply the rope, for example, in the 6x19S+FC version as a high-quality manure removal rope made of stainless steel, on request also with coating (in the 6×19+WSC construction) or custom-made end connections.
